TraditionalMasonry
From load-bearing walls to a customised terrace with a swimming pool, from creating an opening in an old wall to the renovation of an exceptional building or a troglo-dwelling: Guiocheau work on all masonry projects in the Saumurois region, in new and rehabilitated buildings, with a real consideration of modern requirements: durability, performance, and energy efficiency.

Stone carvingand tuffeau work
The emblematic stone of the Loire Valley, tuffeau is both noble and demanding. It is handworked, with patience and precision. This is the field of expertise of Guiocheau. Cornices, frames, fireplaces, stairs, pillars, facades, funeral monuments: each piece is custom-made, with respect for existing buildings and traditional conservation techniques. Guiocheau also assists with processes involving Architects of Buildings of France and the Heritage Foundation. A single point of contact, from stone to approval.
ViticulturalMasonry
The Saumurois is a land of vineyards as much as of stones. Guiocheau is one of the few artisanal companies that master both. Restoration and maintenance of concrete wine vats, construction of wine cellars, expansion of cellars, maintenance of enclosures: each intervention is carried out with the same care and the same rigor as on a traditional masonry site, with a specialized equipment adapted to the constraints of the wine environment.
A rare specialty, deeply rooted in the territory and already recognized by the winegrowers of the region.
Earthwork &Sanitation
In addition to their main activities, Guiocheau carries out on request earthworks and sanitation work, both individual and collective. Mini excavator, backhoe, specialized machines: the equipment is there to prepare your fields, create your networks and ensure good coordination with your masonry work.
